Minister of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries, Hon. Audley Shaw (2nd left), along with (from left) Trade Unionist, National Workers Union, Granville Valentine; Chairman, Carib Cement, Paris Lyew-Ayee; and General Manager, Carib Cement, Peter Donkersloot, break ground for the Carib Cement Company’s new Administration Building in Rockfort, Kingston, on Friday, July 13, 2018. The ground breaking ceremony showcased the new building location which replaces a previous one that was destroyed by fire in January 2017. The new 1050 sq. m building will cost more than US$2M and will house more than 60 employees.
