Agriculture and Fisheries Minister Floyd Green and Chief Technical Director, Courtney Cole, met with Charge d’ Affaires of Costa Rica, Mrs Georgina Guillen-Grillo, during a courtesy call at the Ministry’s Hope Gardens Offices in St. Andrew on March 31. Minister Green discussed opportunities for bilateral cooperation between Costa Rica and Jamaica to include scholarships focusing on livestock training as well as technical support for research and development capacity building.
