Agriculture and Fisheries Minister, Pearnel Charles Jr (centre), symbolically hands over sanctuary boundary marker buoy to Ingrid Parchment (2^nd right), Executive Director, Caribbean Coastal Area Management Foundation (CCAM) at the Portland Bight Discovery Centre in Clarendon on September 29, 2022. The occasion was the handover ceremony of 50 boundary marker buoys to the fish sanctuaries valued at US$7,500 and funded by the World Bank.
