About Us

Our Purpose

The Customer Service Branch is a new addition to the Ministry. The Branch was established in January 2020.This move will better align the Ministry of Agriculture & Fisheries (MOAF) with one of the main themes of the Public Sector Modernization & Transformation Programme as well as the Government of Jamaica (GoJ) Service Excellence Framework (2018). Service excellence is about the satisfaction of customer needs and the provision of value for citizens.

Make A Request

Instructions on making a "Formal Request"

To make a formal request, simply select "MAKE REQUEST" from the main MENU option above, select your prefered mode of response (email, phone, or by letter), fill in the provided fields (especially the ones indicated as compulsory and showing an asterisk). Please be very clear and concise in your request (stating whether it's a complaint, comment or a suggestion) then hit the submit button. A reference number would then be automatically generated and also be displayed on your screen. Please save (write it down somewhere) that number to check on the status of your complaint as the days progresses and to see whenever a response is given. Click here to make a request now.

To check your request status, simply select "CHECK STATUS" from the main MENU option above, choose whether to query by reference number or by email. To query by reference number, enter your reference number in the reference number textbox then hit "Check Status". To query by email, enter email in the email text box then hit "Check Status". Click here to check your request status now.
