Acts
The Acts provide the legal authority and define the powers under which the Plant Quarantine/Produce Branch executes its mandate.
Regulations
The regulations made provisions for the control, importation, certification and registration of plants and planting material and other regulated article within the meaning of the Plants Quarantine Act.

Orders
The Order declares a pest of quarantine importance to Jamaica to be a notifiable plant pest within the meaning of the Plants (Quarantine) Act and the areas specified in the Schedule to be infected with this plant pest and to be infected areas within the meaning of the Act. The Order further introduces measures for the control of the disease including restrictions on the planting, replanting or cultivation of affected plants in infected areas.
